Keith started out in insurance in 1964 with the National Insurance Co. of New Zealand before establishing Dean & Roderick Insurance Brokers in 1986. In 1993 Keith became the sole owner and the brokerage name was changed to Roderick Insurance Brokers in 2000.

Keith is highly regarded in the Insurance Industry and general community. He started his company with the aim of providing his clients trusted advice, quality insurance products at a competitive price and guiding clients through the claim process.

Wes started his insurance career with Roderick Insurance Brokers in 1995. Learning broking from the ground up, he is uniquely placed to offer his clients expert broking advice. Wes’ clients feel confident that his advice has guided them to make the right decision about their insurance.

Protecting his clients assets is his number one priority.

Tony joins our team from a highly respected Melbourne based insurance brokerage and has a wealth of experience specialising in Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) clientele.

Tony was born and raised in Geelong and has experience across a broad range of industries means his clients couldn’t be in better hands. He has an ongoing commitment to career training which reflects his determination to continue to enhance his insurance knowledge.  Tony provides personalised service tailored to his clients interests, focused on achieving the best possible result.

Karli has been with Roderick Insurance Brokers since 2004. Her experience allows her to provide clients with expert advice on how to best protect their interests, both business and personal. Karli’s clientele hails from many industries and her expertise enables her to guide them through the whole insurance process.

She has a keen interest in the Equine/Horse Insurance and Farm Insurance through her personal involvement in the Western Horse industry as well as being actively involved in horse showing and organising events.

Michelle began her insurance career in the late 1990s with a Melbourne based insurance brokerage. She held a number of roles in Melbourne brokerages before relocating to Geelong several years ago.

Michelle has experience across a wide range of insurance products and is committed to delivering exception customer service.

Lindsay’s career in insurance began when her uncle offered her a part time job working on claims. Since then, she has obtained a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management & Human Resource Management from Griffith University and a Diploma of General Insurance Broking from the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance. With over a decade of experience, Lindsay’s career has seen her working with a diverse range of SME and middle-market commercial clients across a wide variety of industry sectors.  This has made her more than qualified to advise, develop and manage organisations risk solutions through General Insurance Programs.

Lindsay’s favourite part of the job is getting to know her clients beyond the risk management conversation.

Rebecca joined our Werribee insurance team in 2019 with 20 years experience working in insurance brokerages Australia Wide. In that time she has looked after the insurance needs of a wide variety of businesses. She has a strong work ethic and enjoys meeting new people and building long lasting relationships with her clients.

Her passion is to understand their individual requirements and tailor bespoke insurance programs to ensure all their needs are adequately covered providing  them peace of mind to get on with running their business.

Amanda joined the RIB team in 2019, bringing with her 20 years experience in underwriting and broking of financial lines products. She has negotiated and placed insurance programs for large public/public unlisted and private companies for Professional Indemnity, Management Liability and Directors and Officers Insurance.

She is dedicated to educating and providing quality service to her clients.

Adele’s career in insurance began back in the mid 1990s working for her dad’s brokerage in country Victoria. Since then, she has had many years of experience in the insurance industry in both broking and underwriting. Adele has assisted a broad range of clients from many different cultures, backgrounds and industries with their insurance needs. Adele enjoys getting to know her clients and to educate them on risk management to protect their assets.

Danielle’s insurance career began in 1995 working for her mother at Lumley General Insurance. After stints at two other large insurance companies, Danielle switched to Insurance Broking in 2000 and joined the RIB team in 2019. Having moved from Melbourne to the Geelong region in 2009, she is now fully enjoying the coastal lifestyle including the shorter work commute!

Danielle is passionate about assisting clients to find the most appropriate insurance products across a range of industries.

Justin moved from New Zealand to Melbourne in 2015 where he worked at Zurich Insurance in claims management and later taking up a service delivery manger role which saw him involved in various projects both in Australia and abroad. He joined the RIB team in 2021 after relocating to the Bellarine and is keen to provide clients with tailored advice across a variety of insurance products.

Paul has held senior roles across the insurance industry for 25 years having worked for a number of large direct insurers in a variety of roles. Paul has been pivotal in driving positive service outcomes for consumers dealing with complex insurance programs and large claims. Paul has extensive operational and strategic business experience across the insurance industry.

Paul made the change to the broker space and joined the RIB team in 2016. In his role as Sales Manager he has overseen strong growth and client satisfaction and has helped tailor insurance programs to a wide range of companies and individuals.
