Request a Certificate of Insurance

From time to time you may be asked to supply a Certificate of Insurance that confirms your policy is current and what cover you have in place. Roderick Insurance Brokers are pleased to offer this service to our Geelong and Werribee customers.

You can phone our office and request a certificate, or for your convenience we have supplied the below online form that can be submitted on the following understanding:

• Roderick Insurance Brokers can only supply Certificates of Insurance in compliance with privacy laws
• certificates can only be supplied for current and fully paid policies*
• this facility is for a confirmation of existing cover. If you require increased or additional cover you must contact us to ensure cover is placed
• requests received outside of our normal business hours will not be deemed to be received until the next working day.

Please note Roderick Insurance Brokers’ standard practice is to a issue Certificate of Insurance, however some interested parties require that a Certificate of Currency be issued by your insurance company. If this is required you will need to advise us in the comments below.
