Our Werribee Office is under Stage 4 Restrictions and our Geelong Office is subject to Stage 3 therefore we advise you the following:-
Communication
We have the capability to manage all communication with you via phone, email and now a new facility to text us on 0480 021 376. (You might want to add this as a contact in your phone).

Our staff will be available as normal.
Text us – We have a new number for TEXT ONLY 0480 021 376 that is monitored during office hours.
Email us – You can email us at queries@roderick.com.au or you can email any of our staff direct if you prefer.
Post – You can utilise our FREE Reply Paid, if you need to post us anything.

Staff Working Remotely– We have had the majority of our staff working from home since March. All of our staff are now working from their homes, you can contact our team direct on their emails, mobiles, direct phone numbers or utilise the central numbers above and we will direct your query for you.
Temporary Office Closures – Our Werribee Office is completely closed as required under Stage 4 restrictions.
Our Geelong Office is also closed to the public throughout this period. We ask that you do not attend the office unless the matter is absolutely urgent, and you will need to call ahead as we do not have staff on premises at all times.
Claims – We will continue to manage your claims for you as always. There may be some changes to the way insurance companies handle claims & assessments during this period but we will help you navigate any claims you have. Urgent repairs are an exemption under the restrictions so call us to assist with any claims you have during the lockdown.
Payments – We have a number ways for you to pay your premiums to us. These options will be listed on your invoice.
- Online – Bpay, EFT, Credit Card via our website
- Phone – You can pay by credit card over the phone, please call us.
- Post – Cheque, Money Order or Bank Cheque – You can use our free reply paid postage above.
Unfortunately we can no longer accept in person payments via cash, cheque or EFT for premiums throughout this period. Cheques will need to be posted to us.
Meetings – We have the facility to conduct client meetings via the Zoom App. We can help set you up on Zoom or we can of course speak to you via phone. If you would like to arrange a time to meet, you can contact your Account Manager, send an email to queries@roderick.com.au or text us on 0480 021 376
Documents – Where possible, it may be quicker for you to receive your insurance documents via email. One of our staff members may contact you to organise to do this permanently or just this once. We can still print your documents and post to you but there may be delays.
