RIB Update | Staff Working Remotely

At RIB we are committed to help stop the spread of coronavirus in our community, so from 5:00pm on Friday 21st January our offices will be temporarily closed to the public with the majority of our staff returning to work from home.

If you need to visit the office, we ask that you call first to make an appointment to ensure a staff member can be on site to help you.

There will be minimal disruption to our service to you, with phones and emails unaffected. We will still be able to assist you with requests for changes, additions, new covers, claims and any other enquiries you may have via phone and email as normal. The team is working hard to keep the impact this will have on you to a minimum.
