Opportunity to join our award winning insurance brokerage in the heart of Werribee in a full time role as a Senior Broking Executive to look after an existing portfolio of loyal clients. We are a highly regarded brokerage with offices in Geelong and Werribee. Our brokerage is a family owned business with a team of over 40 staff and a focus on providing a happy team environment. Over the past 38 years, Roderick Insurance Brokers has grown to be one of the largest brokerages in Victoria and is committed to providing our clients with the right advice for their specific needs.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Our business has grown significantly over the last 12 months and changes to our structure means we require an experienced broker to continue to service an existing book of clients to a very high standard. The clients are typically long standing, located primarily across the western suburbs of Melbourne and across a wide range of industries.
Your responsibilities will range from new business quotes and renewal management through to claims advice, policy alterations and supporting your team members.
Providing excellent customer service will be a key component of your day alongside a team of insurance professionals.
Other responsibilities include building and maintaining strong insurer and client relationships along with contributing to the ongoing success of the business.
