Like all Victorian businesses, we have now moved our staff to working remotely from their homes as from yesterday. We are committed to protecting the health and well being of our staff as well as using social distancing to lessen the potential spread of the coronavirus Covid-19.
We will continue to operate our business and provide uninterrupted service to our clients during this time. We have robust business continuity plans in place and we are constantly updating our operations to reflect these.
What does this mean for you our client?
We have moved our communications to phone & email only. Please leave us a message, the voicemail is being monitored constantly during office hours, one of our staff will return your call as soon as they can, with minimal disruption to you. Alternatively you can email us on our main email firstname.lastname@example.org as this address is also constantly monitored.

Cash Payments – As our office buildings are not physically open we will be unable to take cash payments for the time being, we have many other payment methods which you will see listed on your invoice, please call to discuss if you need.
Insurance Documentation – Where possible we will move to email provision of your insurance documents. If you have not had this previously we will be sure to let you know that we have done this.
